Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I custom order specific cookie types?
    Short answer is no. I will have a variety of cookie flavors available on a rotating basis so check back with us frequently to see what the week’s options are. The numbers and varieties will undoubtedly grow over time and with growth, so just keep checking in with us.
  • How are your cookies packaged?
    The cookies are packaged in 4s. While I can eat all 4 in one sitting, most people prefer one or 2 at a time–so each bag is enough for 1-2 cookie-eating people. After this, you just have to multiply. 🤓
  • Do you use organic ingredients?
    While the cookies I make are not 100% organic, I always use organic flour and eggs, and any other products I can source, when I can. I am a firm believer in clean, organic products and I try to source high quality ingredients for every cookie made.
  • Can you ship cookies to me?
    Yes! All cookies are packed snugly in their boxes with cushioning above and below for their travels. I have shipped many boxes around the country and all have arrived safely.
  • Do you have any gluten free cookies?
    I do make a delicious gluten free Italian chocolate almond cookie with ground almonds and cocoa instead of flour (upon request). If I get the demand, I can make almost any cookie flavor with gluten free flour substitute, I just cannot yet attest to their perfection without practice.
  • Do my cookies need to be refrigerated?
    My answer will always be YES! Crowded table cookies are made with all natural ingredients and no added preservatives, and lots of butter! They are best if kept frozen until an hour before serving them. If you don’t want them frozen, I highly recommend you put them in the fridge until you are ready to consume them.
  • Are any of your cookies nut-free?
    There are “nut-free” cookies, but since all cookies are made in one kitchen with the same equipment that also mixes cookie doughs containing nuts, they are not purely nut-free. People with serious nut/legume allergies should look to a company specializing in these products to enjoy treats and be safe.
  • Do you give out free samples?
    I do not have free sample bags unless you are in our home. If anything changes, I will let you know.
  • How can I pay for my cookie order?
    For the immediate future, Zelle is best–to my phone number. As the business grows, we hope to add more options for online checkout.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
